Testing out the new T-Motor 32 Bit ESCs and comparing them to the F30A 2-6S ESCs. Interestingly even though we only run 4S Lipos, we've found all the larger ESCs as in when comparing a 4S ESC to a 6S ESC, the larger ones always perform better. We've found this to be true with Aikon and also T-Motor ESCs which are the main ones we've used in the last year.
Thomas did some initial testing on prototype 32bit 6S ESCs from T-motor, which performed amazingly well. We had a set of 4S versions which were smaller, so we tested those by building a Helix with exactly the same gear as one of mine with the only differences being I had the previous version 6S ESCs vs these new 4S 32bit ESCs. The lens on the quads were different also.
Without a doubt these new ESCs really do seem to work a treat. Once the production versions are out, we'll also test those too as I'm sure a heap of other pilots will too.
