FPV - MMRC Summer Season Round 1 - DVR

2022 MMRC Summer Season Round 1: What a way to start the year! The weather was fantastic, we had international competitors from India, Hong Kong and South Korea along side our great Aussie FPV community. Overall the feel of this race was just right. I think everyone had been busy on working on their own lives after the last lockdown, and this served as the perfect time to truely kick off 2022 with a fresh feel. I usually enjoy all the stresses of race events but less often do I leave feeling totally healed and dare I say re energised. I know all this talk isn't really race focused but I think it was a truely right place, right time kind of thing where everything just felt right.

On the racing side I've only just started picking up my training again, but I had a goal in mind of trying to increase my race smoothness. I'd say watching my footage back, I achieved about 40% of what I was after, but I think I learn't a lot that I can apply next time, which hopefully isn't too far away!

Also While this is just a single DVR of one of my heats, there will be a complete coverage of the race coming on BMSweb soon! We've put a ton of effort into renovations and getting setup properly to make videos along side our FPV adventures, and we are finally at the stage where we can return back to the video making we've missed doing! Definitely going to take a bit to get in the groove but long story short, we have plans for some awesome videos, and I think its time to put those plans into action 😉
