Cleanflight BLHeli Top-End Throttle Calibration

How to calibrate the top end of the throttle curve if you are using BLHeli and Cleanflight or Betaflight. Calibration of the ESC throttle endpoints via the usual method results in a dead-band at the top of the throttle curve that causes oscillations at full throttle. This video explains the phenomenon and shows how to address it.
