Fun review of a waterproof all carbon fiber folding electric scooter. This scooter is 14lbs and folds down. Has a 7.1 Mile range and 250W internal brushless motor. Goes up hill easily and up to 15mph on a level surface. Charges in up to 4 hours time. Not a bad little commuter. Carbon and aluminum versions available. Go for the aluminum if you're worried about cracking the carbon fiber version.
Either way this is a fun riding scooter.
