quick comparison of a common cloverleaf antenna and a bare whip antenne (the ones you get with almost every VTx), minus the plastic and directly soldered to the VTx. It is a tad worse video signal compared to the cloverleaf but the amount of grams you save (full VTx + antenna is about 7g) totally make up for it!
