First of all, I want to say thank you to Campus Party 2016 for bring me and my roommate Zach out to Guadalajara, Mexico. This was my first time in mexico and man was it a joy.
The flick isn't really about the flying. But more the journey.
I spent most of my time down there meeting amazing people, and eating way too much amazing food. No footage of food, cause I was busy pigging out.
We were out there to give a talk about drone racing as a proffesional up and coming sport. I have to say the people of Guadalajara were the most enthusiastic I have ever met. Easily the biggest crowd of any drone race ever. There were hundreds of people cheering and hollering fully engaged. It was really a sight to see, a real sneak peek into the possibility of the future of the sport.
