Synced vs Unsynced Multishot: Does it reduce oscillation?

Synced vs. unsynced motor updates. 32 kHz vs. 8 kHz. Multishot vs. Oneshot. Does it all matter? That is too big a question to answer with just one video, but as they say, "The journey of a thousand miles starts with a single step." Here's one step.

For the record, the copter is the Flynoceros Canis M4 with Xracer F303 running Betaflight 2.9.0. The ESCs are Cicada 20A BLheli_S. Motors are Emax red-bottom 2600kv.
