Spirit 3D Hovering and a Yak54 almost crashing in to it

I'm trying to learn how to hover with a 3D plane.
My friends don't really help by trying to hit me with other planes!!!
The plane is a Spirit 3D from Tech-one hobby's it weights 210 grams,
has a 2200 kv motor 8 Amp. ESC. two nine grams servo's for ailerons and
two 4.4 grams servo's for up/down and left/right and a two cell lipo 7,4 volt 450 Mah.
And it great fun to fly!
