rapidFIRE vs True-D in metal bando (MULTIPATH)

This type of comparison is pointless in my opinion and I suggest you go and test them yourself from a friend or store because DVR footage is nowhere near as what you will see in real feed in the goggles screens. In the goggles, the rapidfire has no fading to black issue at all and the image is very stable only artifacts(like CMOS sharpening) when multipath is crazy high
My personal opinion is that the rapidFIRE does perform better in such scenarios(multipath heavy) and that does not mean that True-D or any other "normal" receivers are bad receivers, but this is more of apples to oranges comparison...

all omnidirectional antennas
