Putting 35 degree camera uptilt on a 3S fpv quadcopter with 6045 props

More uptilt means more speed means more awesome. At the time, this was the most uptilt I had ever used: 35 degrees. The copter weighed about 650 grams all up, with 3S battery and 6045 props. My conlusion was that there was not enough left-over throttle for altitude control. Some motors were maxxing out especially at the end of the battery resulting in bobbles.
