PoPo & Gate Breaker Prop Torture Test

A common question we've been asked about the new Lumenier POPO® Quick Swap system is: "What happens to a POPO motor and propeller in a crash, or if it hits something during flight?" So we've put them to the test for you!
In this raw test footage you will see that even after 3 motor stopping impacts in a row, the POPO motor and propeller (Gate Breaker Prop) are still intact and fully functional. Even after the prop is nearly destroyed the POPO Quick Swap system is able to hold onto the prop and spin up to 100% throttle without slipping. In addition the prop is still able to be removed by hand, and replaced with a new prop and continue operation as normal. This video was shot after doing this same test 10 times in a row, using that very same motor without a failure.

____________

What is POPO?
POPO ("Pop On, Pop Off") is a new propeller quick swap system from Lumenier that enables mounting props to brushless drone motors in seconds with the push of a button.
POPO eliminates the need for a prop nut and wrench to attach propellers to motors. A full set of 4 props can be removed and replaced in about 20 seconds without tools. This provides convenience in the field, as well as speed and simplicity under race day pressure.
