NEW YEAR - NEW SETUP !

I think I really have found my setup for the year to come! I'll try to stick to it for the whole year (details below)
I took the opportunity of visiting my parents' birthplace in Alsace (France) to finalize this build and try something new in a different environment. There's still a bit of tuning to do though.
