How to install a faceplate to your FPV goggles/fatsharks

Most people with goggles already have Fatsharks with faceplates but this might help some of you who have a v2 or some earlier versions. This faceplate really helps with the feel and also has a fan that stops the "fogging" that can occur when it is cold. I have heard they fit skylines as well but can't confirm.
