How Do You Fly Smooth?

Here is an attempt at me smoothing out my flights. I kinda forget to breathe when I fly which in turn makes me shaky as crap. Gotta breathe and chill the eff out! Loving betaflight 3.4 on my Stingy. It feels so good to finally be able to fly something thats kind of like the simulator lol.
