This is one of the products that we’ve been using for a while now, Essentially an ideal ultra portable table that we can carry with us on the field when needed.
Lets take a step back and go to the beginning and explain why we went down the path of this sort of table. We started using Laptops to tune and make PID adjustments then found it difficult to work with a Laptop on the ground etc We ended up finding an even more portable solution, using an Android Device to update PIDs etc which worked great until you had an issue that required getting on the internet downloading new Firmware or flashing ESCs etc
It soon became apparent that we needed a laptop on those days when we were going to do testing and major tuning etc So we were back to bringing a Macbook with us to the field. I hated getting it dirty and working on the ground. Have you tried using a laptop on the ground on moist grass or Dirt?
I started asking around and was looking at a whole heap of table options and then I came across Snake’s video on some of the gear he was using. I really liked the table and touched basis with Juz70 who had been using it for a few years now.
Having had the Table for some time, we no longer just use it for Tuning as I originally intended. We also use it when we’re going to be at the field for a while and it allows us to work on the quads off the ground, we have lunch on it etc
It’s not a cheap table but then again neither our Lowepro Flipside 400AW DSLR bags which we use to carry our TX, Goggles and Quads, but if you’re going to be in this hobby for some time and would like better gear, then it will cost more.
