This video details way in which you can minimise youtube’s compression quality loss due to fast movement. Running you though how I improve the quality of my videos before exporting out to youtube, which is not big secret. Essentially you want reasonable contrast and that may mean loss of some detail and using high enough bit rate to minimise youtube compression issues.
