Gopro Fusion On a Stick

Another wordy rambling video.

In the chase for stabilized miniquad footage I first started my adventure with the Osmo Pocket. Due to it not being designed for the task at all. It was very limiting and hard to control the outcome of the footage.

So next step is to move onto a 360 camera. In this video I put my gopro fusion on my drone for the first time. I used a 3d printed mount and a carbon rod to space the fusion away from the drone. Then flew it around a bit to see what comes out. Much of the trippy editing I did with the fusion is mostly just learning how each setting affects the footage. As well as learning the key framing of gopro footage.

I have also recently received a Insta360 One X which should give me similar footage, but its half the weight and size! Much better suited for the drone, that will be in a future video.
