Good Flight Gone Crazy Bad

Well...my flight was going so well, and all I wanted to do was one last double barrel roll... and all of a sudden, my quad copter spun out of control. It's almost like the controller was jammed, but instead, my drone wasn't responding to any stick movement. Had to cut power and let him fall.
