Unlike the last few race videos this one is directly from the FPV Camera view, in other words as requested by a number of people, you’re seeing exactly what the pilot is seeing.
In the first lap Thomas shoots ahead of everyone but just before the last gate he loses video for a split second and aborts the gate and has to back around again for the gate. If you look carefully you’ll the second place quad go through the gate as Thomas is coming around.
Surprisingly he catches the quad and takes back the lead and backs off the pace at lap 3 a touch.
He ended up winning Heat 1, 2, & 3 but unfortunately video feed took him out while in the lead in round 4. All in all a good effort.
