Don't get Angry (feelings are ok tho)

I found my antenna :P …all I had to do was say “just give up already, you’re never gonna find it” and then look down at the ground and tada! :) So the timing on this was fascinating, just an hour prior there was a conversation in the RR group about getting angry. Generally, I feel like I’m not an angry person at all, in fact, I get a lot of recognition for being a very “glass-half-full” kind of a guy. But sometimes those little frustrations keep stacking up and even someone like me who has a very positive outlook on life can lose their cool. We are still human after all ;)

The most important step is to not dwell on things that are bothering you, and learn to just let shit go **insert LET IT GO gif here** :) There is nothing wrong with feeling upset in the moment, but it’s key to : realize that you are upset, understand why whatever it was upset you caused you to feel the way you did, think through the ramifications of not calming down, identify solutions that might fix the predicament, and accept the current situation, smile it off, and move on with your life.

I know it’s a hell of a lot harder to do than it sounds, but in the last 5 or so years of practicing this I can absolutely promise you my life has been SIGNIFICANTLY better and I feel much happier. I definitely wasn’t this happy, cheery, bubbly guy growing up. Trust me, I could list off 100 major stressors I've got on my back, and most people would completely lose their shit over just one of these nightmares. But once you take ownership over your emotions you can learn to deal with these issues without living a life of continual panic attacks. Then you can be that person who's always spreading joy and brightening other people’s day, and once you do this enough you’ll realize “holy shit, I’m actually genuinely happy!"
