The last few weeks due to my dog being quite unwell and needing constant care iv been unable to sleep for more than 2hrs at a time. I was lucky enough to be able to get out of the house for some quick sessions and as it turns out, being very sleep deprived robs you of just enough brain function to be able to fly anywhere near properly. Its funny at the time as you dont feel like theres much wrong other than your just constantly binning it, lets hope i can soon gets some rest and get back into it.
