Do capacitors make your quad smoother??

Added a 1000uf low ESR 25V capacitor to the pdb to see if it helps voltage spikes... I SWEAR this flys way smoother than before...

What do you guys think? This is just a solitary pack i ripped on the way home from work to test. Straight 60 FPS uncut.
