Hey guys!!! Here is an AWESOME way I came up with the make a legit 10x10ft dive gate for practice, and raceday. Easy to set up, easy to store. Cheap. One person with one hand can do it!
Materials:
8 pieces metal conduit
4 pieces 2ft rebar
paracord
4 pieces s-hooks
4 pieces hose clamps
(tools)
drill with bit
flat head screwdriver
Hammer
Steps:
1.Drill hole at tip of each 8 pieces conduit.
2. Slide s-hooks into top of 4 pieces of conduit.
3. Place hose clamp over each s-hook and tighten.
4. Slide end of paracord through each hole in remaining 4 pieces of conduit and tie off. (leave about 2in of length between conduit pieces).
5. place (top section) on the ground where you wish the dive gate to be and hammer 4 stakes (1 at each corner).
6. take first base with s-hook conduit and simply (scoop) any corner and slide over stake. Then to corner 2 etc etc.
