Betaflight 3.3 is almost here! So it's time to start covering some of its new features. And one of the most exciting is "anti-taz" , also known as Runaway Takeoff Prevention.

You know how, your quad can FLIP OUT if you put your prop on wrong, or if your flight controller is facing the wrong way, or if your motor is spinning the wrong way? Anti-taz fixes that. The quad still won't fly, but at least it won't FLIP OUT and try to eat your face. It'll just disarm.

The good news is that anti-taz is on by default in Betaflight 3.3. You don't have to set it up or tune it. But you might want to at least see what it looks like when it kicks in, because people are already telling me, "Betaflight 3.3 is broken!" That's like saying, "I was in an accident and my seat belt held me in my seat instead of letting me fly through the windshield. THIS CAR IS BROKEN."
