Armattan Chameleon 6" Mid range cruise BetaFlight 3.3

Testing out BetaFlight 3.3, HQ 6x4x3 v1s props on a freshly tuned quad. Was pretty windy out over the bluffs, so Im hoping the jello shown was due to the high throttle/wind combination. Not sure what I can do to tune that out.
