This footage was actually from two weeks ago, on Jerry Garcia’s 75th Birthday. To start off the night, I spent 15 minutes trying to get kittens to stop hiding in the engine bay of the minivan and come out so I could leave to go fly. Finally, she told me to just take her truck and I drove into town to pick up my friend (spotter :P). As I was parked outside his place waiting, I grabbed my bag off the front seat, turned around to toss it in the back, and my foot went to the floor. The brakes were gone, a line had ruptured.
At this point, I felt like complete **dolphin** and the only thing I had any desire to do was just get up in the air. My buddy was kind enough to drive me out to a couple spots he knew about; we listened to Grateful Dead, got really relaxed, flew some packs, played catch with the frisbee, and had an all around wonderful evening. Thanks again for always being such a BOSS, Shortman! :P :D
